Dates and Deadlines

Important: Please note that there are different deadlines for your application:

Scholarship applications: MARCH 3rd, 2022, 18.00 h CET:

Online application deadline for:
  • Partner country students applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship
  • Program country students applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship

Please also make sure that you are applying in the correct category – Programme country (EU) student or Partner country (non-EU) students. Please look up here the definitions!

 

Applications have to be submitted in parallel, online via the application system AND paper-based on the same deadline date.

Paper-versions have to be sent by registered mail, post-stamped until the deadline and to be RECEIVED within one week after the respective deadline at latest!

The deadline time for submitting electronic applications is at 18:00 CET (Central European Time = GMT +1), March 3, 2022.

 

Application of self-funded students – non-EU students: June 30th, 2022, 18.00 h CET (online application system opens shortly after the deadline for scholarship applications):

Application deadline for:
  • Non-EU students and EU students requiring a VISA for Spain/Portugal/Germany and NOT applying for an Erasmus Mundus grant – an earlier application is recommended due to visa processes

 

Application of self-funded students – EU students: July 30th, 2022, 18.00 h CET (online application system opens shortly after the deadline for scholarship applications):

Application deadline for:
  • EU students (not requiring VISA for Spain/Portugal/Germany) NOT applying for an Erasmus Mundus grant.

 

 

 

Planned selection schedule for scholarship applications:

The following table provides an overview when the formal admission criteria will be checked and the qualitative selection criteria for students will be assessed. All dates (except the submission deadline) are indicative only.

Activity Deadline
1. Submit application online (digital versions of ALL documents) AND by mail (post stamp, original documents/certified (translated) copies(telephone/skype interviews, for scholars (= visiting professors, lecturers) only) March 3
2. Notification of reception of applications Mid of March
3. Evaluation by the Masters program Selection Board Mid of April
4. Sending pre-selection results to the EC End of April
5. Inform applicants about pre-selection results ~ May
6. Final selection results from the EC ~ May
7. Notification of admission, sending scholarship contracts to grant-holders ~ May/June
8. Enrollment at UNL or UJI Beginning of September
9. Start of de program Beginning of September
